The Baker Agency website, accessible at www.baker-agency.com (hereinafter: the "Site") is owned and operated by Baker Agency (hereinafter: the "Agency"), which can be reached at hello@baker-agency.com.

Agency: Baker Agency, acting as an intermediary between escorts and clients.
Escort: Independent person offering services via the Site.
Visitor: Person using the Site to access the Agency's services.
Service: Service, of a sexual or non-sexual nature, offered by the Escort.
Profile: Presentation of the Escort on the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

The Agency acts exclusively as an intermediary to put Visitors in touch with independent Escorts. The Agency does not provide premises; the Services are performed at the customer's premises or in hotels.

The Escorts are strictly independent service providers. The Agency acts solely as an intermediary facilitating contact between Escorts and Visitors. The Agency does not control and is not responsible for the services provided by the Escorts.

The Agency is not responsible for the quality of the Services provided by independent Escorts. The Agency does not guarantee the safety of meetings between Visitors and Escorts. Each party is responsible for its own safety and actions.

Escorts can register using the form available at https://baker-agency.com/join/. They must be over 18, have full civil rights and comply with current legislation. By registering, Escorts confirm their independent status.

The information requested to open a Profile is reserved solely for use by the Agency in its collaboration with the Escort and is not made public or communicated to customers or other third parties.

On the other hand, they may be used to keep a register showing the identity of Escorts working in the agency (Art. 19 let. a LProst/GE.), to provide a receipt to Escorts working in the agency (Art. 12 al. 2 let. e RProst/GE.), and to communicate to the competent authorities (Art. 16 al. 2 let. e RProst/GE.).

Once the Escort has provided the requested information, the Agency verifies the said information and decides freely and at its own discretion whether or not to collaborate with the Escort. If the Agency decides not to collaborate, it will, as far as possible, inform the Escort by email. Any non-response will be considered as a refusal to collaborate.

If the conditions of collaboration are fulfilled, the Agency will send the Escort a contract stipulating the conditions of collaboration, which she is free to accept or refuse.

Once this contract has been established, the Agency will discuss with the Escort the creation of her Profile on the Site. The information required to create a Profile is available here: https://baker-agency.com/profile/

By creating a Profile, the Escort expressly consents to her Personal Data and Sensitive Data being made public on the Site.

The Escort shall ensure that the Personal Data as well as the Sensitive Data it communicates during the registration process are correct, complete and fully comply with the present Terms of Use.

The e-mail address chosen by the Escort for the registration process will be used by the Agency to communicate with the Escort. Any e-mail sent by the Agency to this e-mail address will be deemed to have been validly received.

The Agency reserves the right to refuse to create a Profile, to block or close a Profile at any time, in particular if the above conditions are not or are no longer met.

Visitors can contact the Agency via the contact form, by email, telephone or instant messaging. The Agency will then contact the Independent Escort to arrange the Service.

The Agency facilitates contact between Escorts and Visitors. Payment terms will be communicated upon confirmation of the Service.

Cancellation and refund conditions are to be agreed directly between the Escort and the Visitor. The Agency does not intervene in these arrangements and is not responsible for refunds.

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary. The Service contract is concluded directly between the Independent Escort and the Visitor. The Agency is not a party to this contract and assumes no responsibility for its execution.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Site belong to the Agency. Escorts grant the Agency a license to use the photos they submit.

The Agency reserves the right to modify or interrupt the Service at any time, without notice or compensation.

The Agency is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Site or the Services provided by the Independent Escorts.

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
